Backing up template


  1. Log in to blogger.
  2. Go to Dashboard > Template > Backup/Restore > Download Full Template
    • Save the template in your hard disk.
    • At this position your blog template is backed up

      On my dashboard there is NO TAB for Design. There is no tab for Template or Layout either. Is this a design flaw that I can't get around until someone fixes it on the other end? Thanks.

        Yeah! Something like that! Are you just author of the site and admin is someone else? If so, you can't see these tabs.

      Hey, I have a problem.. Some days ago I deleted a widget called "page list" but now I want to add it again and it appears like "already added". What should I do? I didn't understand the last instructions you wrote..

      how to remove facebook widget? i have mistakenly added 2 facebook widget....

        Go to Dashboard => Layouts and find the duplicate widget. Click edit and remove it.

      When I open my blog then why showing pop up that telling Authentication Required (A username and password are being requested by https://gj37765.googlecode.com. The site says: Google Code Subeversion Repository") and another problem is that when I log in to my blog and go to template-edit HTML but suddenly my blog turning into yahoo homepage. i did not understand that what is this problem appearing to me so please help me out to solve this problem. It will be highly appreciated.

        You must give a read to this Hopefully! Your blog is being hijacked due to 3rd party widgets/codes that you added!
